About NCPL
Ness City Public Library has served Ness City and surrounding areas since 1887. There are over 19,000 items in our core collection which consists of fiction, non-fiction, audio books, videos and DVDs, large print books, magazines and area newspapers. We offer numerous services to our patrons such as five public computers, wireless access, a copy machine, fax machine, typewriter, laminator and CD/DVD cleaning. We deliver to home bound and nursing home residents. We pride ourselves on providing friendly, up to date services and materials for our patrons.

Sunday – CLOSED
Monday – CLOSED
Tuesday – 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Wednesday – 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Thursday – 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Friday – 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Saturday – 9 a.m. to Noon
